Cathy will talk you through a simple relaxation and visualisation exercise. As you relax, Cathy will channel energy to you through your energy field, and provided consent has been given, this will involve gentle touch. Typically, you may feel deep relaxation and temporary sensations such as changes in temperature or tingling.
